SHIPPING TO FRANCE OR SPAIN
The only way for us to ship to the above countries is via regular air mail postal service. There can be no tracking or any other means of locating the shipment if it does not arrive at your address. Any other method of shipment is subject to being held by the customs service of the country and it may be impossible for the customer to clear the shipment. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for any shipment. Any order that has a value of US$150 or more must be prepaid by bank wire transfer or US$ International Money Order. Follow the instructions below for these two forms of payment. Any orders below US$150., we will accept your credit card as a form of payment. There are no refunds due to non-receipt of your shipment.

If you wish to send a US$ International Money Order, once you obtain the money order, do the following:

(2) Mail it via a mail or courier service that requires a signature upon delivery
     and has a means of tracking the letter which contains the money order.

(4) Upon receipt of the US$ International Money Order, we will ship your order
     after we receive advice that we have "clear funds" in our bank. This is usually
     ten (10) business days after deposit of the money order.    

DELIVERY: We cannot guarantee delivery as we are not the carrier that performs that service. Once we complete your shipment with US Postal System, that delivery system takes over and your shipment is delivered to you. If your shipment does not arrive, there is nothing that we can do. You as the recipient need to work with Local Postal Authorities to obtain delivery of your package.
