Your order will be shipped via FEDEX, 2nd or 3rd day service at a cost PLUS the shipping/handling/customs documentation charges which is included in your shipping charge.

When completing the shop cart order you will recieve and invoice via email that will lead you back to this page for wire transfer information.

Your email receipt will advise what the total cost of your order will be. This is the NET amount that you will need to "bank wire transfer" to our bank. Any fees charged by your bank must be paid by you. We cannot ship until we receive the total order amount indicated on the Invoice sent to you via email.

 

Once funds arrive in our bank, we will ship the following shipping day.

WE ENCOURAGE TO LOOK AT THE DOCUMENTS CONTAINED WITHIN YOUR SHIPMENT. THEY ARE IMPORTANT TO YOU. If you dispute a charge because the company name on your statement is unknown to you, you could be charged an additional $25.00. The documents enclosed with your shipment provide all the information you will need to know about billing.

DELIVERY: We cannot guarantee delivery as we are not the carrier that performs that service. Once we complete your shipment with Federal Express (FEDEX), that delivery system takes over and your shipment is delivered to you. If you shipment does not arrive, contact us and we will run a trace on the tracking number that is assigned to every customer's shipment. In case there is a delivery problem there is nothing that we can do except forward to you the tracking number. You can obtain this same tracking information at www.fedex.com or by contacting your local FEDEX office. You as the recipient need to work with FEDEX on a local basis to obtain delivery of your package. If all else fails, we will submit a claim against the insurance and reship your product.

In most cases your local FEDEX office can locate the package. In the meantime we have done what we can to explain the process and therefore we cannot provide a refund for non-delivery of the shipment. A second shipping cost will be charged. We trust you understand our position in this matter. We can initiate a claim for the insurance that was placed on your shipment. These claims are usually settled within 30 days. If there is an urgent need for the product we will work with you to send out another shipment at a reduced cost, usually via another carrier such as UPS (United Parcel Service). You will be required to pay shipping on the replacement shipment. We trust you understand our position in this matter.
